On 23 August, Lassi was found washed ashore, entangled in a small ghost net by the landscaping team at Landaa. On assessment, there were no major wounds, only abrasions on both fore flippers and no evidence of infections, buoyancy syndrome, dehydration or exhaustion.

Lassi was monitored for 24 hours and released on 24 August … Lassi, go home! 🎉
