Our turtle conservation teams have had a busy start to the year. We’ve been looking for new turtle nests on a remote beach, and have welcomed 12 new hatchlings into our Head Start Programme.
The health of our rescued residents also continues to improve, as we refine our medical care techniques.
November proved to be a very busy month, with ‘head start’ turtle hatchlings arriving from Fihalhohi, a new turtle rescue patient and the release of ‘Hendrix’ with a satellite tracking device.
